I suffer from sleep paralysis, which is actually how I get into the OBE
I wake up paralyized (happens to me maybe like once a week), then I close my eyes, I reach my hand out (my arm doesn't actually move, but it feels like it does), and then I grab someones hand and I pull myself out of bed.
I'm blind at first, but I always follow the same routine. I walk downstairs and when I'm in the living room suddenly my sight comes on and I can see.
I'm amazed everytime at how real everything looks and feels.
And then I just have some fun walking around or flying usually.
