Resume: If you want to progress and being middle-high class the country gives you all the tools to do it, sadly when you finish your career there´s not much opportunities and most of this people end inmigrating to other countries, but i think this problem gonna be solved on a couple years when Argentina stop being so retarded internationaly, you have a lot of engineers waiting for a well payed work.
