The Jews quickly realized that Whites have an intense psychological aversion to fucking people of different races, because this is a natural animal instinct to fear that which is different. The Whites, being intelligent, are generally more fearful and avoidant of risk, which is much higher when coexisting with blacks then otherwise.
While blacks are closer to animals, they are still largely humans and generally distrust and dislike White people, except for blacks that were raised around Whites rather than in a self-segregated community. Dogs, being an animal, are willing to try and fuck anything, even other species. Blacks however are nowhere near this animal and still have intense aversion and hatred towards people who are different than themselves. Just look at anti-Asian crime from Blacks, despite Asians being generally the most harmless race, but despite this, they are subjected to violence because all humans and animal instinctively fear and avoid that which is different from themselves unless raised in an artificial environment which steadily breaks down these natural instincts through conditioning. Even the current level of integration is nowhere near enough to absolve these natural instincts.
This was the Jews buying a lottery ticket in hopes of resolving the black unrest in America, because when the Blacks are indiscriminately burning down cities and attacking people, this upsets the Jews and causes them fear, because Jews operate businesses in the cities.
