I was kind of into video games for a short while, but most of what I played were very simple computer games like Minecraft and Limbo.
4chan didn't really get me into anime, but I did start browsing 4chan on a daily basis after I got into anime.
Back then just like nowadays, I don't think I would've played complex video games that require very good motor abilities and very strong awareness of everything in one's environment.
