>>13032972There's no way to know for certain. Just open the first page up of any manga you can think of and see how much you can understand with a dictionary.
I remember I thought Hidamari Sketch was hard back when I tried reading a chapter of it less than 2 months into starting to learn Japanese, but nowadays (2 1/2 years later) I'd say it's pretty easy.
Many times I noticed that there were certain panels that had really short sentences and "simple" words, but the rest of the manga had dialogue that was a lot more elaborate and full of "difficult" words.
