How do you deal with a boss that's clearly out to get you? I'm a bartender, and if you ask anyone aside from him then they'll tell you I do a great job. I'm the favorite bartender of all our regular customers, and a lot of them come in just to see me. I have two bosses and one of them loves me, but the other is constantly looking for anything he can find to try and throw me under the bus for. He'll even make things up and then bitch me out saying it was part of my job and I didn't do it. Today we were supposed to be hosting a 4th of July party so I messaged him asking if there was anything I needed to know about the party before coming in, and he gave me shit because he said he was out handing out flyers for the party at 8am and I didn't help. He never once approached me about it before or even told me he was going to be doing that. He acts like everyone else is a mind reader and it's driving me fucking crazy, guys. What would you do?
