1. Get a drug for important occasions. I take vivance almost daily for school and stuff but ou could safe it for things which require intense focus like big meetings or interviews. Ritalin or other things also work. A nice bonus is it gives you alot of energy as well as keeping you calm, but the crashes are a bitch
2. Find shit that interests you. I can struggle with focus on tons of stuff but things can hold my attemtion completely. When i took AP chem the challenge of new and foreign material kept me on track the whole period and i really found it easy to stay on topic. Of course whatever really interests you is something you will have to find
3. Find something with immediate negative feedback for lapsing in focus. This is just personal experience but playing melee competitively helped me in many areas of my life because you lose focus: you get hit and you get an immediate punishment, as well as reward for keeping concentration. Obviously this could be anything and again will have to be something you find personally
4. Give deadlines, keep a calender, yada yada all that boring organization shit. Can be very helpful
5. If all else fails just take a methamphetamine prescription regularly whether its vivance, ritalin, concerta etc. expriment with your doctor to find the right drug and dose for you, and when you are think it is best to take it. This will be a big expense but it can be important if it really is a necessity you will just have to spend the money.
6. Find your own ways to get things done that can work for you, even if they may not actually be helpful/ quicker, having your own unique way to get things done can help you have a better grasp on your work.
7. Some stuff i have never tried but have heard good results from. Fidget spinners / stress balls / other concentration toys. Never used them personally but i see them reccomended often.
