>>13081107This reminds me of E michael jones saying about islam how they lack logos which is understood fully via the trinity. He gave the example of muslims who believe in total determinism, or in other words that God's will is happening in concordance with time. So he doesn't know what will happen, but his will is so perfect despite this, that every decision he makes is perfect. which is why some muslims make it a point to walk into traffic and get hit by a car, because since God is all powerful and perfect, whatever one does is perfect.
So when people say God has unlimited power it makes me think of this. Because I can't seem to accept that this is true. Since there would be no reason for us to have any duty, nor any meaning to our life. And when I think of the concept of sinning, or why it's important not to do it. The only explaanation I can think of is that Sinning blocks the potential for god's will to manifest. It's always manifesting to some degree, but the less you sin themore is manifests via your behavior. And so, it's not that God is ever dissapointed in you, but he is only ever impressed or indifferent. And further, God wants to save everyone, but respects us by giving us free will. So people who 'blaspheme' which means to harden their heart on the path against god, block the connection between themselves and God. It's not that God is wrathful, but he is sad he cannot help you anymore. I cannot accept a petty, angry God. The reason is that it's nonsensical for me to better than God. Because my love for my cat was unconditional, and God's love can only possibly be better than my potential for love.
I'm just trying to understannd God in my own way. I wonder what you guys think.
