How do you stay cool frens? I have been getting angrier and angrier, to the point where now I am hostile / aggressive to people when they are being stupid, or repeating government propaganda. I have always been cold, but the last two years have hardened, and made me very jaded, and it's coming out as anger, and a short temper. Any advice on how I can chill out, before I snap and get violent with the next person that smart asses me.
