Bumperooni, because I've recently been feeling this. Started a few years ago for me. I usually go hard research into things once I get interested in a topic and then drop it a week later when I get interested in something else like candle wax sculpting or David Bowie or some shit like that. When I was even just starting out learning about everything I messaged one of the big Mason halls in Toronto and arranged a meet up with the guy to give me a tour of the building since I mentioned I was interested in all the symbolism of everything inside, he wanted to meet at some cafe then go there but I just ghosted him but it's good that I did because I was a blubbering retard compared to then but I realize I still am a blubbering retard because it doesn't seem like there's a bottom to this? It's obviously important and I can feel something there even with abstract shit like alchemy which I feel is IMPORTANT with a capital I but I can't explain it? Maybe I'm just enamored by the mystery of it? Is there anything that really can be explained further than human rationing?

The only thing that wrecks me mentally is that sort of phenomenon like illumination that happens to people sometimes like Tesla tier knowledge, how Hermes felt in Poimandres, I think similar with Walter Russell, the Jacob Boehme type stuff. Ok. Going to clear up a few things. I've only discovered this after sifting through piles of bullshit, studying all forms of philosophy and esoteric books on Kabbalah, Gematria, Hermeticism, and reading many Masonic textbooks and other books written by Rosicrucrianists and the like.

Sumerians, Mesopotamians and Babylon occupied the space that the Chaldeans also occupied.

Anyway. The entire point, like I said, is to biohack. And most of the times it's an entirely psychic process. If you don't believe me or understand what I'm talking about, I'll give you this story. I used to smoke weed every day and a lot of it. Ever since I started fasting, eating very clean and adding certain herbs and mushrooms, and taking psilocybin and understanding how nutrition plays a role in producing endogenous cannabinoids, I can now take 2 hits max from a joint and experience psychedelic visuals. Some days I wonder if I'm communicating with entities that are attached to my genetic codes. There's still a lot I have yet to discover.

You need to eat to be healthy. That's what you need to accept when you incorporate fasting. You don't need to eat every single day, and you don't need to eat from morning to evening every single day, but you do need to do it once in a while. Just like how you don't need to fast every single day, or go through 3 day fasts every single week or month.

I can afford the luxury to eat between 8am and 2pm. Some days I can eat until 10pm and then fast until 4pm the next day. I always try to keep it at 16 or 18 hours. Some times I'll go through a full 24 hours. And every other month I'll do a three day fast.

But when I do eat, I eat like this.
>coffee, with coconut cream, cacao, cinnamon, lions mane, cordyceps, l theanine, with olive oil, macadamia nut oil, coconut oil, sometimes butter. Mostly olive oil
>Then eat 6 eggs, sometimes with liver, sometimes it'll be a left over lamb or beef roast from the night before
>I'll then either have a coconut cream goat milk beverage with just chocolate, or more of the same herbs, sometimes with spirulina. I also supplement salt, potassium, and sometimes boron.
>I'll eat berries like goji, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
>sometimes I eat salmon and other seafood
>sometimes I make a salad with cruciferous vegetables and black rice, and I always enjoy feta cheese, swiss, and ricotta

And I'll either stay within a 4 or 6 hour window, or just eat up to 12 hours. Based on whether or not I've exercised

I've been doing very basic micro-movements and manipulations with the inside parts of my my head. Eye manipulations, breathing, jaw movements, tongue, etc in different "compositions" and "rhythms". Sometimes I feel I'm wasting my time, reaching for a light switch in the dark, as it were. But then one of these random exercises grabs, hits, bumps something. I can feel it spark something and a light comes on briefly. What this will lead to I do not know. But I will put more work and time into it seriously.
