Now, take soijack posting... they are greentexted quotes of other Chan users accompanied with a face expressing emotion. To someone we might call a "newfriend", this s a funny meme. "Haha, I am expressing that the individual I'm quoting looks like this caricature!". Well, to us Chan veterans who have been here since the old days, it is a reaction image. The likeness of the person who is responding. When you reply to a post with a soijack, you are telling me that the image represents you. I can't help but stifle a chuckle every time I see it. So go ahead, reply with a soijack, you'll only make me chuckle once more. And if this doesn't make sense to you, don't worry. If you don't know, you don't know - lurk moar, newfriend.
