Admittedly, they both have some posters who might act nice if approached courteously, but they're not really the kind of people whom you'd actually want to make friends with. Most of them are very severely mentally ill (even more so than people on /bant/ on average) and usually just stick to their own little circle of Discord "friends".
Don't listen to the Italian. /qa/ is full of people who use anime-ish images and Soijaks to ragebait people, many times alternating between the two sets of images (or specific subtypes of one) to make it seem like there's a lot of activity in one thread, even though it's many times it's just one autistic fag replying to himself.
Also, if you go to /qa/ they'll call you a "tr*nny" and a "/pol/ch*d" regardless of what you actually post.
