If you spot people after 19 July still wearing face masks, while walking outdoors in the open air away from people, (like all the Chinese people seem to do over here) just a reminder that these people are mentally ill. Why would anybody still wear a face mask when out late at night walking their dogs. I've even seen Chinese people going for jogs with masks on. What's wrong with them?
