>Fasting/Dry FastingIf you're female or sedentary life, FAST, you do not need to eat as much, and curbing your hunger will help you never gain weight and make starting out at the gym easier.
>Calisthenics/CardioGoing to the gym is not easy and it can be daunting walking into the gym not knowing what to do. So start with the basics. Go outside running at a park or track. You can do calisthenics in between gaming/tv sessions. Do some stretching, pushups, crunches, lunges, jumping jacks, squats, planks, flutterkicks, mountain climbers etc. It's so easy and it does add up.
>Skin routineWash face, use your acne medication, and moisturize. Unfortunately skin clarity is largely genetic. For some, having that super clear smooth baby face takes 2 hours every day and night to maintain while it takes someone else washing their face in the morning. Don't be discouraged, a lot of people don't have perfect faces. 99% of women clog their pours with make up if they aren't Asian.
>FashionThere is nothing wrong with wearing Jeans and T-shirt...but who says it has to be a crappy T-shirt or crappy jeans? Buy high quality clothes from FOREIGN sellers. Western clothes are overpriced and low quality. You can get really good quality clothes from (yes I know) Chinese, and Japanese sellers. Be careful ordering from Germanic countries, shipping can be way too high if you're in the states. Lastly, buy a solid pair of shoes and walk with confidence.
