DW does that too, France24 puts out videos that are too bulky for me and I don't like watching them.
There is a channel on youtube that does news on Europe, UK and US, it's called TLDRNews, besides the obnoxious shilling of their merch the videos are varied and cover many countries, their biggest weakness is they often cover with a delay because they do research on the events and country before summing it up.
I'm the exception, most Bulgarians don't even understand English, and would not have interest in the international going-ons. I also have an interest in the UK in particular because I have relatives there so I'm curious what's the political situation.
Anothing interesting channel is PBS Frontline where they publish lengthy interviews with american politicians and important public servants (CIA chiefs, NSA chiefs, President advisors) and full documentaries about things relating to america.
What I assume is the Indian public broadcaster - WION also makes videos in english where they show international news from an Indian perspective, though it has a subtle nationalist twist to it imo.
