rent depends where you want to live, you can rent a big house in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the country for only 800 usd a month, you can also rent a normal looking house in the middle of nowhere for like 60 usd a month, most people rent in the buenos aires capital city (3 million pop) areas that surrounds the city (14 mill pop (total metro area pop is roughly 17 mill) the rent of a small 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the capital city costs like 100 usd a month, one that is bigger and has like 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will cost like 200 usd a month, some areas are more expensive than the others but the amount in neligible (50 usd a month more expensive at most) people here spend literally half of their wages on rent, the average wage (median is lower) as of this moment is around 250 usd a month (it was 150 usd a month less than a year ago and it will most probably go back to being that low soon and maybe even lower) despite all of this the average wage some years ago in 2016 was 1300 usd a month so rent was a lot more expensive back then, there are no signs of things ever going back to how they used to but if a miracle happens and wages increase so will the cost of renting meaning that 200 usd won't cut it. you are better off moving to ukraine or moldova, they have better internet, better language, better culture, are white, better looking houses and neighborhoods, better geographical position, better prices, better society, less crime, and have always been africa tier shitholes when it comes to wages, brownentina will most probably be as poor as venezuela soon but who know maybe it goes back to being the best country in latin ''america'' (it would still be a third world shithole with miserable wages) You should unironically make a post on r/brownentina when a foreigner posts something there the entire subreddit floods their posts with comments
