Help. My poop has bright red blood in it this morning. I was pooping like normal a sudden SHARP pain on my anal wall as I was pushing, kept pushing and look down to blood everywhere. I have no other symptoms, feel great actually, just now a mild pain in my asshole.

Am I dying? I'm freaking out, I have no one to ask this too other than here. Pls help me
