This character is straight up an annoying fuckwad, she behaves like a spoiled bimbo with a stick up her ass when she's around the other dolls, but when she's alone or with her lesbian friend she goes full emo mode and whines constantly about her "sad fate". She isn't easygoing like Suiseiseki, she can't crack up jokes like Shinku, she's just a stuck up bitch who never learns from her mistakes, yet she wants to be hopelessly pitied by the audience, the irony is that even her creator hates this miserable skank.

Her design is a total fiasco, first off, why is she so friggin pale? All the other dolls have been designed to appear vivid and playful to the eyes of the viewers, Suigintou is designed to be so sloppy and uninspired that nobody who knows the cast of the show ever remembers to name her. Her attire is downright vomit-inducing, a dry ripoff of gothic lolita fashion.

None, Suigintou never grows out of her emo phase during the show, she doesn't try to confront with her fears, and always prefers to keep to herself except when Megu is around. Their bond isn't subject to development either, probably because Suigintou became incapable of having feelings for anybody from the day her creator NTR'd her with the other dolls.

Suigintou is the killjoy of Rozen Maiden, whenever she turns up the viewers will be involuntarily forced to sit through her lame ass monologues, her character often ends up detracting from the experience of being immersed in the show. She has no redeeming qualities, and she does not have a catchphrase like all the other dolls, because even the authors thought she was BORING, dull and soulless. She's not just an unsavory jackass, but also unsightly and insignificant for the progress of the show, you could say that her nickname fits her character to a T.
