It doesn't neccessarily matter anymore what the source actually was, as the "crisis" has and is being taken advantage of for futhering the globalist agenda.
Feminised governance certianly plays a large part in it all, I think there is also a very large and relevant component of 100 years of behavioural research and study in play too, Huxley comes to mind with his vision of pharmacalogical and behavioural control methods, I'd suggest that feminised governance plays into that hand in hand, as the motives of women are easy to manipulate as they are innately more governed by fear.
