You don't want o be a loser who gets colonized, you want to be a winner! And anarchists are born losers who would rather live in a state paralyzed by inability to coordinate and make a choice as a group.
I'd bet there isn't a single anarchist state, even a theoretical one, that could stand up to a well-planned invasion, or even a simple raid.
