Well I made a few different accounts because this person kept banning me from their tik tok but I wasn't actually doing anything really offensive except for last time I spammed their comment section somewhat on one video though it wasn't anything offensive. Now it says "Sorry, looks like you're not eligible for TikTok... But thanks for checking us out!"

everytime I made my account, I looked up and saw nothing of this happening when you are banned, but it seems to happen to me no matter what, what does this mean? I feel like tik tok used their code against me or something.
