Back even 100 years ago you'd have to work hard labour probably but these days you can play videogames on twitch or sell shit on eBay to make an incredibly living and live better than multiple kings put together a few hundred years ago.
I think those people who lived in multigenerational homes 300 years ago saw the opportunities of first worlders today they would ask why we're not moving out at 10 years old.
They'd probably also ask why obesity is an epidemic if there's a gym on every corner and you have free WiFi everywhere to look up how to lose weight and exercise.
