Compare this to the climate/environment in the rest of the world...if you didn't develop the ability to plan ahead (e.g. preparing food in the summer for snowy winters, in order not to starve), you died and didn't pass on your genes.
Because they lived in abundance, blacks never really needed to organise themselves properly either. Even ancient writers (arab writers who traded on the African coast centuries before Europeans ever saw and African) write about how niggers had no idea who their father was. So the family unit didn't exist...let alone entire communities or states where one has duties to another and has to fulfil those duties in order to be respected or not cast out of society. In Sweden, in Korea, in Britain...if you weren't prosocial and if you weren't able to keep your commitments and turn up for your duties with others counting on you, you would not pass on your genes. Same if you lacked the ability to think ahead.
Repeat this over a scale of 100,000 years and it's easy to see why peoples like Europeans and Japs are very good with punctuality (as well as planning ahead, and organising a society more generally). Whereas blacks are horrible at it (some Afro languages didn't even have a word for "tomorrow" when whites found them) and Arabs are pretty poor (due to both climatic reasons - environment influencing evolution - and also a slight nigger admixture.
Unfortunately, the modern world and the last 60-70 years have shown that no amount of education can make any sort of dent in this biological problem. Probably one reason why Jews are obsessed with getting whites to fuck blacks - they cannot be fixed, except (on a long enough timespan), biologially/genetically. This can only be done through inbreeding with a race that has these necessary and desirable characteristics.
