There's like 6 million ethnically Swedish people in Sweden (total population 10 million), while Russias population is 144 million. You also have to keep on more thing in mind, Sweden is more like a traditional "nation state", in terms of its geographic location and borders. While Russia is a federation/empire. It contains the "natural homeland" of many different peoples (many non-white) within its state borders. It is natural to expect a certain degree of total non-white population within the entirety of the Russian federation.
Now, we don't want them in European Russia, obviously. Or other areas heavily inhabited by ethnic Russians. But seriously, consider the collapse in Russia following the collapse of the Soviet Union, and then consider what Putin did for Russia immediately following those times.
