Anyone else noticed all the neon dyed hair recently?

wait and hear me out, i know that in the early days we had scene and shit have neon dyed hair and crap like that, but that's teens with an edgy punk culture.
I'm talking about the kids, and the 'adults' who are dying their hair all sorts of colours and often even multiple colours - Ive noticed the majority of people who do this have mental issues and are always normies.

Alot of faggots and pedos dye their hair bright colours too I've noticed, probably to try appear more friendly and 'appealing' to kids.
is the bright colours perhaps also a dog whilst to other groomers and pedos?
