OP having "1 post by this ID" isn't the best indicator--inorganically many posters with only one post might be, i.e. 30 posts/25+ posters. OP tends to have a wall of replies, which occurs because shills find just replying to OP easier than dealing with post chains. A dead giveaway are sexy pictures, especially in combination with vaccine topics (the go-to alibi).
