Some self-improvement suggestions:
1. Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night (no coffee after 12pm, no marijuana, no alcohol, try to keep room relatively cold)
2. Drink as much water as possible (try to find a local spring in your area, otherwise distilled/reverse osmosis water is fine if you are eating a proper diet)
3. Eat a Mediterranean or Paleo diet (make sure you are low in seed oils and simple carbohydrates, high in omega-3 and vegetables [especially brassica for phytonutrients, broccoli sprouts - try to eat many different colours of vegetables for different coloured phytonutrients - 30g fiber for microbiome])
4. Intermittent fast - 18:6 every day [Look into Drs. Satchin Panda, Jason Fung, Valter Longo)
5. Exercise hard at least 30 minutes a day - jump rope, weight lifting, kettlebell, etc.
6. Avoid foods with high levels of toxins (eg. do not chronically eat tuna or salmon, opt for smaller fish = less bioaccumulation, watch out for non-organic, look into "Dirty Dozen" vegetables/fruits)
7. If possible, go into a sauna for 20-30 minutes every day, as well as cold showers (look into Dr. Rhonda Patrick's videos for former, Wim Hof for latter)
8. Track nutrition in diet on Chronometer
9. Make sure you get 20-30 minutes direct sun exposure. If not possible, take ~4000IU Vitamin D3 daily (or get it through diet)
10. Do mentally stimulating activities - always be learning a language, studying, reading challenging books.
11. Keep a daily meditation practice (if you are redpilled, replace meditation with prayer, especially prayers of gratitude - it is more beneficial, and strengthens your connection to God)
12. Do not masturbate. Do not have sex outside of marriage. Christ is King, and if you disagree you are subverted by Jewish propaganda.
13. Breathe through your nose, and sleep on your side.
14. Keep your teeth clean. Floss daily. Use a miswak to defeat the fluoridejew.
15. Keep a daily journal, and a dream journal.
