Then Featherine crosses franchises from Umineko, and gives Satoko looping powers
Satoko is filled with rage and anger at the prospect of being left alone by Rika, and becomes a psychotic yandere lesbian who keeps on endlessly murdering Rika and the rest of the cast across time loops in an attempt mindbreak Rika so she never leaves Hinamizawa again so they can finally live a peaceful and happy life together.
Satoko's become comically evil and resorts to over the top brutality on her own friends for the lulz and just to see what happens.
It's literal character assassination.
