I am taking this once a day along with general multivitamin pharamaton. Is there anything else I should be taking to boost immune system?

Take a vitamin D supplement, with dairy if possible (aids absorption). I do a 2000 IU pill with lunch and dinner. Pic related, it’s made here in America by an American company.

I have two different mg types of these. I don't really understand why the 600mg one says to take it once a day, but the 1000mg one says to take it 1-3 times a day. Am I missing something here?

I came into close contact with confirmed positive people and intimate contact with one of them (spouse). Never attempted to distance or isolate from them. Never got sick.
My regular supplements are L-methylfolate 10 mg and sublingual vitamin D drops, about 6000 units a day. BMI is about 22. I take no drugs other than an occasional antihistamine.

For all anons who want a starting point:
Get a list of all vitamins and minerals, then for each of these Google the recommendations
Compile a handful of values (everybody says something different) for that nutrient, average it and double that.
Then look for supplements which only have that

After that look into stuff like the different mushrooms, nac etc
