Go vibrant if you intend to do red. No flamingo pinkish shit. You'll just be accenting the different tones in your face that I know you put on makeup to even out (no shame honey) so you don't want to be adding pink to the mix.
A nice vibrant red would be good. Blue only if you're brave enough and purple if you really want to ball out. I only advise purple if you're either experienced with developing dye (needs a developer of 2:1) or have a good hairdresser.
Green would be another good way to go. Lots of paler people find success out of vibrant greens.
For the record I think you're cute and if you're a tranner that's even better :)
