I don't believe it at all. Are they purposefully lying to hide their real saving/income numbers? There's no way that most people can't have over $1000 in their saving.

I know different life different income and different difficulties and shit. But still, that cannot be the answer for the majority of population. I call it bs unless someone here can convince me by giving some logical points or plausible theories.
