If I remember correctly you have to use her golden card, 4th act the lungs and the heart will go into nuts mode and it's impossible to win from there, you have to charge Nikolai to 20 before phase 3, on phase 3 attack with Nikolai (golden card) -> this will break all the defence dices and just let the rest do the damage. You should equip Red Mist's infinite dice on Nikolai to be sure she'll be first on phase 3 otherwise if anyone else goes first it will get staggered from the deflection
