A cyber-pandemic has a significant probability to happen and it should not be ignored. It could be false, planned, and accidental or even the three at the same time in progression, with causes and consequences, direct and indirect. It would still be a problem that someone should take in consideration and leave it in his head in case of prevention, who knows. The most probable time is whether in the nearest times, like some months, or either a decade. Something to know is that the more we approach to 2030 and over, the more big the probability.
