i tried a pullup and couldnt do it and then tried a chinup and couldnt do it
so what did i do?
NEGATIVES
aka you get a chair, get yourself up over the bar, adn then step off the chair and slowly lower yourself
i did that for a few weeks and then i could do some chinups and then eventually i could do more
and now i can do pullups
