In response, the nation's leader Macron, came out in defence of free speech, which was met by anger across the Islamic world who vowed to boycott all French products.

Based on this, it seems firmly that the Muslim world is against free speech and supports violent actions against those who insult, or allow the religion of Islam to be insulted, like the violent murder committed against Mr Paty.
