Rural Whites extend their own bias onto the rest of the country. Asians are the only group that reject Christianity more often than Whites. I don't have anything against White Christians (because I've never seen one,) but it's not that popular among Whites outside of small, rural MAGA country type areas. It's a bubble of belief, and most of them are probably "cultural Christians." The last data I saw was that the supposed White Christians in the U.S., almost half didn't believe in God. And again, most Whites are not Christian. Just how it is.
