It's funny because it was formerly owned by Chuck. Under Chuck's ownership, it would have been called "Chuck's Feed and Seed" which is not nearly as catchy. The odds of someone taking over the business with a more fitting and rhyming name would be quite low, and this coincidence is humorous to the viewer.
