Why does the FDA say salt is bad for you?

>(((scientist))) bred salt-intolerant rats to "test" his hypothesis that salt raises BP
>Eating anything raises your and all animals' BP (temporarily)
>Take measurements when you KNOW they will be higher than resting rate
>They then test low salt diet on humans.
>Humans get morbidly ill.
>Some die from extremely low BP
>Reintroduce salt to participants
>BP goes up
>Conclusion: Salt makes BP go up
Notice the conclusion wasn't even "salt gives you HIGH BP"
