>>13463910I’d get rid of money and make myself supreme ruler of the people. Then I’d establish a school for music to be controlled by musicians. They are obligated to give free lessons to the people and if they see anyone developing a talent for the skill, can make them a full time apprentice and member of the school (meaning they can leave their job to practice the art). In this case, A would become a member of this school. On top of teaching the art of music, the school determines how many instruments it requires based on demand. B and C, it being members of the school, will need to contribute to society in another way. B, being a gifted in flute making, will likely be employed in manufacturing (with an focus on flute and instruments) for her 6 hours of weekly service to society, she will be given food, shelter, clothing , water, access to sporting facilities, access to art, and access to whatever other goods the society can produce. Her district manager is incharge of controlling these resources and giving them to the people. C, being talentless, will find employment wherever it is needed. The most likely place they will be employed is farming and agriculture. Like A and B, their needs will be met and all three will have a fairly equal quality of life. Only managers who control the distribution of goods, direct the production activities of the people, and who commission the creation of infrastructure, have a higher quality of life than the people. But the downside is that they are part of the military (and are therefore cucks to their own higher ups), and that if the people are upset their heads will be first to go. Anybody who doesn’t pull their weight in society will be banished. There’s only two punishments for crimes in my society, banishment or execution.
Also I forgot to add but my society is a Bronze Age one.
