I've researched bovine paratuberculosis and you can literally see all types of behaviour, a sheep will start biting other sheep for meat and blood.
Once your brain wiring is all messed up, blood will taste like candy, dirt will taste like pure water, it's all completely random. You can hallucinate like crazy, or you can have no hallucinations.
