you know visualizers, for like, bass boosted songs, shit like that? when the bass drops, the logo will swell, or flare, or there's a lens flare of light that engulfs the logo with the beat.
or in a video game, a portal just shining and surging, swelling with light.
that's the kind of thing i mean.
like, when i was tweaking the technique where you imagine a mouth on your forehead when you inhale and exhale meditating on the third eye, i eventually started imagining a beam of light coming out of my forehead that would thin into a fine line, then swell into a beam (think a kamehameha or some shit), i'd switch them up and play around with that idea depending on how i felt either suited inhaling or exhaling best.
another example, iroh in avatar when ba sing se is liberated, the flame flows up and flares on the inhale, and spreads out and lowers, visually "weakening" in the show on the exhale - for me, i reverse this order, because it's on the exhale that i can literally feel a flame lapping my back and growing up it, like a gust of wind hitting a campfire.
it's very personal and individual i think but with the light stuff we discussed, there's a shared element of visulization, intent and focus, so the mechanisms are most likely largely the same and the effect is probably the same more or less despite the variation you and i have in imagining the lights.
>>13476965i will try this anon, i usually meditate lying down in bed because my neck is fucked.
it would be cool if meditation and further raising my kundalini also raised the intelligence of the flesh (iq, focus) just for convenience sake, sometimes some of this is challenging for me because my memory sucks. i did notice right away my mind felt sharper when i started easing myself into meditation.
ten minutes a day, now i can go 1-3 hours in a deep state
