If you want an easy work around for windies machines there's a way to bypass the password by booting a mobile version of a linux distro like Ubuntu or Mint.
From there you can install a keylogger program. There's tons of free ones that won't show a presence on the taskbar or in the task manager.
After that you just have to wait for her to use the PC and find a time when you can go back with your magical haxxor loonux dongle to get the password for the PC, her social media accounts and everything else.
Alternatively you can buy a keylogger on a usb male to female that you can just install. She'll never notice. Some will even be wifi enabled or bluetooth enabled so you can get the passwords live.
You're too dumb to probably do any of this though.
