Lucky for you you live in one of the best countries in the world. Not sure what state you're in but
1) Get set up for communtiy college, it will basically be free with pell grant
2)Apply for jobs, even the dumb ones no one wants. There are more shit retail and fast food jobs available than ever. It's a means to an end
3)Even if you have to go to a trash apartment get out of the group home with the $ from the job. Can live pretty cheaply if you want roommates.
4) You're blessed with your height and skin color. Take just a half hour a day and improve it with exercise, even if it's just pushups.

While you're in community college make a plan for what you'd rather be doing than your shit job. You have a lot of outs, man. Not many other places in this world you can do much of the above
