If I got to choose where to live, it'd been between Italy (because of ancestry) or southern Brazil.
Also, Brazil is a cool place for people from developed countries. Brazilians have an inferiority complex and think highly of foreigners.
But it still is Brazil. Expect unfair laws, high taxes and poor education.
