This is the phrasing problem the test presents I was talking about. If you changed "naturally unlucky" to "affected by circumstances outside of their own control" or even "multiple factors beyond mere effort or merit contribute to success" plenty of people would go from disagree to agree, most people who put disagree are disagreeing with the assertion that "luck" exists rather than the fact some people are disproportionately worse off for reasons beyond their control.
