Aminos for mental health (these got me off all the pharma pills and I'm doing a lot better)
Alcar (750mg-1g) morning energy, lasts about 8 hours, this gets me out of bed in the morning and increases positive mood.
DLPA (1g) I take this late afternoon after the alcar is worn out, it's also great for mood, makes all 5 senses feel better, I found it in the book "mood cure."
Agmatine (1g twice a day, can cycle off a few days a week) for PTSD/depression, this one stops those negative emotions, turns off that receptor, I believe it can save many lives for this reason. It stops me wanting to die.
NAC (600mg allergies, 1g 1-2x a day OCD/addiction/irritability). Also good to mix with CBD oil for addiction since any kind of substance abuse downregulates CB1/2-AG receptors where you feel like crap those first few months sober.
3g glycine before bed will give you deep REM sleep, which many of you are lacking and that's making the problems worse. We aren't getting enough glycine from not eating tendons, collagen peptides also help with this, but straight glycine is best at night.
