Meat is the most estrogenic thing you can eat by a large margin. You are literally eating female hormones. 10000x more actual estrogen in chicken than phytoestrogens that people are so afraid of in onions.

Seems like the extra money on grass fed beef is worth it then. Hopefully I can trust my local grocery store that the label is accurate.

Yeah, when it comes to meat, you want to get grass-fed, free-range, hormone-free. Like some other anons have pointed out, they pump all kinds of hormones into conventional meat.
Doesn't matter as much with vegetables. If you can find cheap organic stuff, go for it, but otherwise, don't stress. Just make sure you wash everything well before eating it.
I'd also recommend getting a good quality multivitamin for your son, and maybe some omegas, too - but only if it's in your budget.

If you have a local market or butcher that is best. While more expensive, the meat is usually more dense and therefore filling, and often isn't injected with water to bulk it out. Cheap veg and fruit is cheap especially when the market day is coming to an end and they want to get rid of their stuff before it goes to waste.

My son eats pasty goo you can put squash in it oe smased up carrots but he mainly likes the goo. It's beige. He will eat applesauce with no goo. But mainly feed him BIG TIDDY MILK. He likes it best and it is better for him than anything else.
