Stop masturbation and viewing of pornography. You are poisoning your mind, body, and soul with that filth.

This doesn't mean to actually cut any of your body parts off. Instead, remove all pornographic material from your computer, block pornographic websites, separate yourself from your computer and the internet, spend time occupying your mind with other things like hobbies and exercise.
