Gyms are a HUGE waste of money, time, and ironically gains.
But muh powerlifting...
Complete waste of time, unhealthy, serves no point.
You're goal in exercise should be to be practical strength, aesthetics, and health.
Power lifting does none of these, makes body look ugly, very narrow type of strength, and a complete disaster on health.
