Oh well it’s simple. About 30 minutes of work for one of our only 200 employees nets between 50 and 75k. That’s just from one department too. One person.
Since we service so many clients in a day there’s no emphasis on the company slave driving because we’re a necessary link in the corporate chain in Mexico. Without us the owners have nobody to handle their properties, clients, finances or anything else.
As such they emphasize company culture and understand that you stay with a job because you’re happy not because of the money.
So they throw commission and paid vacation at us to ensure that when we become elites in our department that we’ll stay with the company.
